Legacy Dental Arts

I am extremely frustrated with my experience at legacy Dental Arts. Before agreeing to treatment, I went into the office to confirm that quoted would be covered under my insurance as in-network. I was reassured that it would be. Based on that assurance, I paid my patient portion upfront and continued with treatment. Over six months after treatment, I received my very first bill- not a normal statement, but a collections warning-for nearly $2000 because Legacy is actually not in network. To say I was blindsided is an understatement. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to get this resolved, but the office has shown no urgency, ACCOUNTABILITY,or willingness to help. This feels misleading and dishonest. Patients should be able to trust the information given to them by their providers office- not end up stuck with thousands of dollars in unexpected charges months later, and threatened with collections on top of it. I lost all confidence in this practice and will not return. I strongly caution anyone considering this office to reconsider or not rely on information this office tells you

I don't know what happened, but I remember my initial interaction with the male dentist, who told me that bad teeth were due to poverty. I held this with me for a long time and didn't want to start a lengthy discussion. I was raised in the old world and thought this was an arrogant statement by a healthcare provider. I let it go because I loved the rest of the staff. I returned, and the female provider was super lovely, and the hygienists were very friendly. I was put on a treatment plan that ate up all of my insurance allowance, and I went along with it. Until I told them that I had maxed out and couldn’t afford to return until next year. I was told to apply for a credit card to pay for my work. Still, I'd have to pay it all back within a year; it came down to $500/month—interest for the outstanding balance was something along the line of 25% after the year. I fully accept my European heritage in not investing more in dental care, and yes, people start off as being poor, and maybe get a chance to get a good smile later in life, but you don't want your dentist telling you this. The arrogance and greed associated with this office’s owners kept me flabbergasted. I appreciate the friendly tech staff throughout the years though.

At Legacy Dental Arts I always feel welcomed! The staff is always so kind and inviting, and make sure you have a good visit. It is personally my favorite Dentistry around and I highly recommend it!

I've been consistently impressed with this dental office. Dr. Kyra is top notch. I genuinely look forward to my six-month cleanings. Brenna, my preferred hygienist, is wonderful! She consistently demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.

This office is amazing. The staff were all incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. My hygienist Jenn was so sweet and made sure everything about my experience was comfortable and enjoyable! My dentist took the time to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make good decisions about possible care options. These women were both amazing and I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years and good customer service is becoming a lost art. Thank you for caring about customers and delivering exceptional customer service!
