Peak Health Dentistry at Gentle Care

I don't even know where to start with how satisfied I am with my experience with Peak Health Dentistry. From answering a voicemail I left on Christmas Eve that night, to trying to get me in sooner than our scheduled appointment, to the professional and personal care provided by DR Esplin and the team; this is the dental office I have been searching for. I hadn't gone back for my permanent crown for about 3 years as we had moved across town but I am glad I called them for my dental emergency when the temp broke on Christmas Eve. They got me back in and miraculously had my crown still. Maybe an hour later my crown is affixed and I am able to eat happily once more. Needless to say I have found my home for my dental needs and can actually look forward to going to the dentists when the need arises.

It was my first visit to Peak Health Dentistry and my first trip to the dentist since COVID. Dan was my hygienist; he was extremely nice and didn't make me feel bad that so much time had elapsed since my last cleaning. He offered the VELscope oral cancer screening and explained how it worked, as well as the fact that it would be an additional charge. Dr. Esplin came in after the cleaning to discuss the X-rays and laid out a plan of care for repairing some extremely old (35+ years) fillings that are starting to fail, explaining which are priorities and which could wait a bit longer.

I've been coming here for a little over a few years now, and everytime I do, I feel welcome. Everyone here has treated me well from the moment I step through the door. Check-ups, cleanings, fillings, etc., all done well and quickly. I have yet to be somewhere that treats me as well as the people that work here. I genuinely feel at ease being worked on here.

I recently had an appointment as an new patient. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I received their undivided attention. They were patient & showed genuine concern, and answered all my questions

They have cured me of being scared to go to the dentist. All their hygienists are gentle and happy to work with you if it gets painful. They are quick and thorough, and have generally been amazing every time I come in. I'd drive in from the valley for this kind of service.
