I feel so bad while writing this because i tried so hard not to but ughhh. I got my nails done like two days ago for my trip. I have had bad experience with acrylic last time so i went for gel polish on my natural nails. I was super excited and had so many ideas for them. I almost wanted to cried with what i wanted and what i got :( but it would have still been fine, it doesn’t stop here. I never knew they charge extra for putting dots and stones but still okay. Paid extra than what i expected. I would have sucked up everything but the polish came off from two of my nails and i did not even do any work or nothing but it peeled right off. My friend once painted my mails at home, and even they did not come off for like a month but this was just bad. I just wanted cute nails but :( i don’t have none left within three days.

I booked the Elemental Body treatment and was a bit disappointed with the experience. The treatment I received only covered my arms and lower legs. These areas were scrubbed, wiped with warm cloths, moisturized, and then wrapped in warm towels. The scalp treatment consisted of a very light massage—my hair was barely out of place afterward. Given the title Elemental Body and the description promising a full-body scrub, moisturization, and being "cocooned," I expected a more comprehensive experience. To truly feel cocooned, my entire body—not just my arms and shins—should have been wrapped in warm towels. Key areas like my back, shoulders, and thighs were completely excluded, which felt like a significant oversight.

I saw Leah for a facial and I’m very happy with the results. I have stubborn blackheads on my nose that I never can get rid of, and they’re gone! Leah was very thoughtful throughout the whole experience and put my relaxation as a top priority. Highly recommend

I love love coming here! Jen is the most talented nail artist I've ever met and she will always be my nail mom ♡ Patrick always makes my hair look flawless! The owner has the most amazing glow and delightful attitude. My only complaint is that if you ever want to get a pedi here DEFINITELY DON'T schedule with Ashlee unless you want to be the only one showing up for your appointment 🙂
