Pure Infusion Suites of Billings

Alyssa is always friendly and helpful! Erin is knowledgeable and an excellent infusion nurse, one of the best! The rooms are private and comfortable. I have had infusions at other places and have been going to Pure Infusion for years. I would recommend patients to go to Pure Infusion because the staff cares about the patients.

I am not great with names…I think the nurse that I worked with was Leah? And I can not for the life of me remember the other girl working the front desk. They made my first appointment absolutely amazing! They were attentive, kind, simply wonderful ladies. Thank you!

This place is amazing. From the receptionist to the nurses. They care about you and greet you with a smile on their face. Does not feel like your regular infusion centers. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the Billings area looking for a new infusion center!!

I had an absolutely fabulous experience at Pure Infusion Suites! From the moment I walked through the door, Alyssa made me feel welcomed and at ease. She was incredibly communicative regarding the approval of my treatment and helped ensure a smooth process. Erin was the epitome of professionalism and competence—when I expressed concern about the infusion rate, she not only gave me multiple options but also took the time to share relevant evidence-based research. I’ve had my port for nearly four years, and this was by far the quickest and most painless access I’ve ever experienced. Traveling to Billing just for the summer, I had worried my treatment might be delayed due to the late referral from my neurologist. To my surprise and relief, the delay was less than a week, and the entire transfer process was seamless. For the past three years, I’ve received my infusions at home in Texas, and I was admittedly disappointed at the thought of returning to an infusion suite. My previous suite experience was lengthy and complicated. Pure completely changed that perspective. Not only did I finish my two-day infusion sessions much earlier than expected, but I also felt noticeably less fatigued afterward—I actually had energy! The efficiency of the staff made the experience just as convenient as home infusions, and the atmosphere truly exceeded expectations. The suites are incredible—spa-like, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The patient kitchen is well-stocked with snacks and drinks, making the environment both calming and supportive. I highly recommend Pure! The professionalism, compassion, and comfort they provide are unmatched.
