Van Chiropractic Clinic

I had an injury in my lower back or somewhere. My primary care doctor ordered x-rays and there was no problem. An x-ray doesn’t show muscles though. I would need an MRI for that. I did physical therapy physical therapy, resting it and not exercising and a Cortizone shot. Nothing worked.I was jumping through the hoops to get my insurance company to allow an MRI and then my friend told me about Dr. Gardner. Her and her husband have both been helped by him. I had the pain for over a year. After the first time I was treated by Dr. Gardner, it felt better! Walking out out of his office Didn’t hurt as much! I know that seems like it’s too good to be true but but that is my experience. I’m almost 100%. I would say I’m 95% right now and I’m able to walk upstairs with both legs, do step aerobics, swim, do Zumba. All the things. I have a little pain every once in a while so I’m continuing to go to Dr. Gardner for a while. Until it’s 100%. I only go every six weeks and it’s worth it!

Excellent care! Does a great job making the adjustments on the back, neck, and your body. My Eyesight becomes so sharp and clearer after my neck adjustment! Dr Gardner has done a fabulous job for many years! Keep up the great work!

Was living by the old school saying that just worked through the pain. So I went for a 2 mile walk and a 12 mile bicycle ride and could not walk that night not only could I not walk but my back was killing me from having to adjust to that inability to walk correctly. I called Van chiropractic they got me right in that same day. I told Dr Garner that I knew he could help me. He kind of looked at me and went well no pressure on there but he did what he could and I’m telling you by the next day I was walking better and by the second day . I did start wearing compression socks and a knee top Tommy copper knee brace. But my knee is not locked up and I am walking. Needless to say I’m not going for too many 2 mile walk or 12 mile bike rides for a while.LOL
