Dr. Gallagher was wonderful to work with from consult to surgery to follow up. He never made me feel rushed and left plenty of space for all my questions. Both him and his staff offered sound advice based on years of experience which was incredibly helpful in decision making. I’ve had easy recovery with no complications. I had a “Mommy Makeover” with breast lift and tummy tuck/diastasis recti repair in June with Dr. Gallagher. I was pretty nervous to have surgery but I had thought about doing it for a long time and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Gallagher and the team were so caring and helpful and answered every question and concern I had. I am in the healthcare field and always felt I was in good hands through the whole experience. I feel so much more comfortable and confident in my body and was back to mostly normal activity after 2 weeks. When you research online ahead of time I feel like a lot of people seem to be hesitant to have plastic surgery in Billings, but I would do it again! It was so nice to be near home, recover at home and follow up with my actual surgeon. Highly recommend the procedure, Dr. Gallagher and YPS. ☺️

I had a great experience with Dr. Gallagher and the whole team. They took the time to answer my many questions and address my concerns, accommodated my coming in when I was questioning sizing, and they were even able to move up my surgery date when I had other things pop up. I’m very happy with the results and the whole experience, just wish I’d done it sooner!

The staff, doctors and nurses at Yellowstone Plastic Surgery are top notch. All of my questions and concerns were answered before my surgery. I was a bit apprehensive about the consultation because I knew that I would have to have before pictures taken but the nurse was very professional and told me that most ppl find this part to be their least favorite! Surgery day arrived and I was feeling a bit nervous but the surgeon and anesthesiologist calmed my fears. Post-op was smooth and had little difficulty with the recovery. I would highly recommend Yellowstone Plastic Surgery to anyone that is thinking of having any work done. Call and schedule a consultation and your worries will melt away. I had my final post-op appointment today and the results are beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Dr. Gallagher for the new me.

Had a great experience at Yellowstone Plastic Surgery. I underwent a breast reduction with Dr. Gallagher where I went from an “I” cup to perfect “DD”s. My confidence is boosted and I am overall impressed with how much lighter and better I feel! They got me into surgery about a month after I made the first appointment and the staff was friendly and helpful every time. Would definitely recommend Dr Gallagher at YPS! :)
