Lynn was incredible! She guided me through the experience with calm and respectful etiquette, and her massage skills are superb! I visited nearly 3 months post pardum, and I feel SO much better! The facilities and amenities at MBody are also amazing and make the overall experience luxuriously grounding. Give them a try!

Alex is truly amazing!!! I have had a lot of massages over the years and I can honestly say this was the best massage I’ve ever had. Alex hit all of the spots I mentioned before the massage and really focused on them and it felt amazing. It was very relaxing and you can just feel and sense that Alex genuinely cares and wants you to have the best, most relaxing massage and wants you to feel your best. I am so happy to have found someone in Billings! Cannot wait for my next one.

Alex is a highly skilled and knowledgeable therapist. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, and the therapist made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She is well-versed in medical message which makes her massages that much better and also relaxing. She’s effective addressing my soreness and even relieving my headaches. The communication was superb, adjusting the pressure and technique to my preferences. The additional techniques like hot stones and cupping enhanced the session. MBody Massage is the spa that I wish I had in my town! I was visiting Billings for the weekend and while my husband was playing poker I was pampering myself 🤗 and OMG did I ever hit the jackpot in finding MBody! From the very first inquiry online I was treated like royalty! Alex (the owner) was helpful, patient, kind and accommodating with my last minute needs. And once I got to my appointment it was luxury: from a well decorated and lit area, it was inviting and comfortable. My massage therapist, Lynn, is a lovely person who has a warmth and care about her that made me feel immediately at ease. I get a lot of massages and normally I am so ticklish on my sides that it makes it difficult to relax but with Lynn she made me feel safe, comfortable and able to completely relax and receive the healing of the massage with no ticklishness! If I could get MBody to open a spa in my town I'd get a massage twice a week - it was THAT great of an experience! Don't hesitate! Make an appointment and pamper yourself!!!
