I’m a 260 lb guy that’s been lifting and doing jiu jitsu since I was 12. Jeff is AMAZING!!! Best therapist I’ve seen and I’ve tried a lot. He’s been putting me back together amazingly. I highly recommend him!!!

Jeff was thoroughly focused on my problem area (shoulders). It was the most detailed massage I ever had on my shoulders. I like how he wasn’t concerned on just massaging my whole body, but he got straight to solving the problem area. I’m kind of a talker when I want to be and I enjoyed his humor and life stories!
