I can’t recommend Mandy and the team at Crafted in Billings, MT enough. I have visited med spas in NYC, Pittsburgh, and Los Angeles and haven’t been this happy with my results after treatment. The time Mandy took with me meant so much before each treatment and I could really tell she knew what she was talking about. Dawn who manages the spa is a gem as well. I recently started going to Mandy in Billings. My first tox appointment was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and walked me through everything. I was super impressed with her gentle hand and the results I got. Yesterday I went in for some dermal filler. This was my first time and I ended up getting light headed and almost passing out. Not because of the pain, but because I did not eat beforehand. Mandy was super calm and acted quickly, calling Dawn in with water and ice rollers. They were so sweet about the situation and even got me juice, a cookie and a scone. I was completely okay and ended up laughing about it for the rest of my appointment! These ladies are completely judgement free and made me feel so comfortable even though I was so embarrassed! They are top notch and have gained a life-long client!

Super professional, but also friendly and supportive environment. They all Mandy has so much knowledge and skill without ever over reaching, she is one of those providers that just gets it.

Megan is truly one of the best injectors in town! Not only is she super knowledgeable about her craft, but she also educates her clients during appointments. The whole staff is wonderful and the staff environment is inviting, beautiful and clean.

You guys!! This place is amazing!! The woman that work here are absolute dolls! They make you feel like family!! Mandy took her time to hear me and understand all of my concerns with the way my skin looks! We set goals and talked about the journey and cost of every detail! This is my new place!
