I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. They truly are the go-to team for all facial needs. From the front desk to the back office, every staff member was welcoming and professional. I received an IPL treatment from Jennifer, and she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend her and the entire team!

I initially went to Billings Clinic Dermatology and saw Dr. Spenny to have a mole on my shoulder removed to ensure it was not cancerous. The mole was about two inches in diameter, so it was not small. After the procedure, the wound was not sutured, and I was not provided with adequate wound care supplies or detailed aftercare instructions. The recovery was long and painful, and unfortunately it resulted in a very noticeable, unattractive scar. Seeking a second opinion, I went to Billings Dermatology & Aesthetics, where I saw Kynzie Oliver and Dr. Riddle. Kynzie was knowledgeable, professional, and provided thoughtful insight into how the previous site could be improved. I ultimately had the mole site re-excised, biopsied, and properly sutured. Dr. Riddle and her staff were extremely pleasant and attentive throughout the process. This time, I was given appropriate wound care supplies along with clear instructions and a plan to support optimal scar healing. The area that was once an open, painful wound has now a clean, well-closed scar. While I’m sure Billings Clinic has its strengths, my personal experience there was disappointing. In contrast, I highly recommend Billings Dermatology & Aesthetics for anyone needing care related to moles or other skin concerns.

Removed face cancer. She came at me with a needle to deaden the site. I screamed, tried to run, they held me down. The horror and terror and then embarrassment. Supreme embarrassment as they released me. I did not feel the needle. All that drama for nothing. I looked and felt like an old fool. They picked up everything I knocked over and assured me they could have someone patch the hole in the wall made by my kicking foot. They were so very kind. In about an hour or less, I was in my car driving home, feeling so ashamed. Not... I jus be playin, I be playin ! No drama or trauma, nothing knocked over, no hole in the wall...... There is a needle to deaden the area, it is the medicine that stings like a wasp, but only for a few seconds. Then they do they medicine Voodoo. 'Jus playin'' Very professional. Very relaxing procedure. They explain everything that they are doing. When finished they give you a care kit to take home... Tape, non-stick bandages, ointment plus written instructions. Should your procedure take longer they have a free sandwich service for lunch. Last night was Halloween, with stitches on my face I trick or treated as Frankenstein Monster as it blended well with my natural ugly head and face. In my Hood, I was a one Monster, Monster Mash... Frankenstein was the first in line and The Wolfman he come next Dracula was ah doing his stuff Justah breathing on down my neck... I be playin, I jus be playin....

I never take the time to leave reviews, but in this case I will. If you ever need a dermatologist, you need to go to Billings dermatology! From Doctor Riddle, her nurse, to front office and scheduling…they are the best!! They explain everything as they go along and listen to everything that you have to say, including all of your questions. Thank you so much!

Eighteen years ago, I saw the previous practice owner to have some moles removed. It was a busy time for me and the bill fell through the cracks. I took full responsibility and paid the bill as soon as it came to my attention from a collection agency. Now I have another scary medical concern but I am refused service because of a mistake almost two decades ago. Normally I would just go to a different doctor, but I live in rural Wyoming and the latest doctor is the only visiting dermatologist that comes to my town. Absolutely no grace or concern for patient care if the bill was not handled correctly. I understand needing to protect the bottom line, but what about ‘first, do no harm’ and promoting equitable access to healthcare?
