This was my first treatment at a new center, and Ainsley was incredibly helpful right from the start. She made moving my appointments easy and gave me a warm welcome upon arrival. Lisa handled my treatment, and I immediately felt comfortable with her professionalism. She was attentive to my feedback, especially when I mentioned that allowing the cooling air to hit the area a bit longer after each laser pulse worked better for me. Not only did she adjust her technique accordingly, but she also documented it to ensure consistency in future sessions, both for myself and other specialists. As I’m new to town, both Ainsley and Lisa went above and beyond by offering great recommendations for places to eat and explore. Overall, a fantastic visit!

Very friendly staff! answer all questions thoroughly before hand and so knowledgeable about procedure and equipment, never felt pressured to do anything I didn’t want to. Just like talking with friends and have never have to wait! Seeing amazing results after only two treatments.
