Winterholler Dentistry was so, so accommodating and helpful navigating the crazy world of insurance. They were able to figure out exactly what I would owe. Dr. Chet and the hygienist were very kind, they explained the procedure well and I felt safe in their hands! They were both very calm and confident. Thanks!

I called to make an appointment for my fiancee a month before his appointment. He has a lot of work that needs to be done on his teeth. When I made the appointment, I told the scheduler that we are going to do a tooth at a time cause it is a lot of money. She said ok which one were we thinking. So we decided it would be his lower right, I think, that would have cost 170 dollars give or take. The tooth right next to the one that he was fixing also needed to be fixed but we decided on the tooth that was just 170 dollars. We scheduled it and everything was good. My fiancee went in for his appt and I saw the bill and it was $370 or so. I asked him why and he said they fixed 2 of his teeth. And I said what, it was only supposed to be one for $170 or so. So I ended up calling them and I said I talked to a lady a month go and this is what happened and this is what we decided. She said yes it was me, and we went back and forth and she ended up saying to me, we are not his mommy. That caught me of guard, Instead of talking to a manager and trying to fix the problem, that is what she said. I said if you were unsure what was happening even though we talked about it, why didn't you call me. So we ate the 370 dollar bill, and that was so disrespectful for her to say. I hope her manager sees this and has a talk with her.

Dr. Will did a great job and was very nice! I was nervous for the shot he was going to give me but he did great and i barely even felt it!

What do you say about a guy who pulls out your tooth? All I could think of was "Little Shop of Horrors" 😆 But it went well. I needed a truckload of novocaine - I should probably reimburse them! You walk in and the ladies at the receptionist desk are so welcoming. The dentist, Dr. Chet Heap - is heap good dentist! He laughed at my dumb mom jokes, talked me through the procedure, took his time, gave me breaks when I asked for them, and made a potentially horrific experience very tolerable. Rhianne (I hope I spelled that right!) was also kind and friendly. They have a great rapport and I felt confident in their teamwork as they ripped that tooth from my skull 😆 I wish I could give them 10 stars!
