We decided to get the whole family going to one place. 2 adults and 3 kids. I can say we all love this place! All the hygienists are top notch. They are great about scheduling and following up with insurance. Dr. Low is great about a conservative treatment approach and doesn’t push unnecessary procedures, which I appreciate. 10 out of 10!

I recently moved to Billings and needed to find a new dentist. I picked Billings West Dental because I had a good feeling about it when I looked them up on Google search. I'm glad I went with them. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and they made sure that all my concerns were taken care of. I'm glad I found them on my first try because nobody likes experimenting with dentists!

I was very impressed with the professional manner with which I was treated at my first visit . The staff was super friendly and very helpful in helping me navigate my insurance and my other options. Dr. Low was very friendly and there was never any pressure to do any extra work on my teeth but informative as to what my teeth might need in the future. This was a very positive experience! Great office atmosphere!
