Amaaaazing nail technicians! The gentleman who did my dip nails really took the time to make sure everything was perfectly shaped, and every detail was great. He handed his work off to a nice lady who did the accent nail and she did a great job too! I will come here every time I am in the area. Great cleanliness, super friendly staff, and talent.

When going into raindrop the atmosphere was amazing and the store was beautiful! Me, my mom and grandma got our toes done and that turned out great.There was a beautiful view and they use new unopened utensil for each costumer and are very sanitary! Then I went to get my nails done I showed a photo, they said they could do it and I got the complete opposite of what I showed and she continued to do what she wanted with my nails. She cut my hands up and when I told them this wasn’t what I asked for, told me that no there pretty and she gave you a discount for all the design, yeah the design I didn’t ask for anyway I ended up paying 200$ for something I didn’t ask for and she made me bleed. I’m very disappointed and don’t recommend this place at all! The first photo is what I showed and the second one is what I got and the tear up of my hands. For real be warned do Not give them your business!!

Had a great experience. I got a combo for my birthday. Pedicure with cat eye gel polish and hard gel square cat eye nails. Tracey did my nails. She is very talented and creative. The set cost $130 for nails and toes. Highly recommend.

Very pleased that I was able to find a really good location to do my nails! Amazing service, clean location, and very detailed work. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to go to get their nails done right. Also, highly recommend Tracy if you’re trying to get detailed work done!

wonderful experience! The first time I've gotten my nails done and I've actually completely loved the outcome. Vince was very sweet and did exactly what i asked for! The staff is amazing and the environment is fantastic. Would suggest going here to anyone!
