Absolutely love this place! Was a little nervous for my first experience and just didn’t know what to expect but Brandy was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The whole experience was great and I will definitely be back. She was so thorough on explaining each step. Can’t wait to try the sauna at my next visit. Definitely recommend booking an appointment if you are considering.

I had my first colonic experience with Brandy and it was amazing. The space is relaxing and the sauna room is luxurious. Brandy made the whole experience extremely comfortable, educational and honestly kind of fun. I did the light as a feather package which included an infrared sauna session at the end and it was the perfect cap to the entire experience. Could not recommend this more for anyone looking for a deep reset and cleanse, or just for some self care.

The experience was releasing, relaxing, and rewarding. I was quite nervous initially, while ready for the benefits, the process had me anxious. I'm a fit guy who is working towards better nutrition and habits, and haven't always done so. First I thoroughly enjoyed an amazing sauna experience. I would say that is the number one sauna in town. It was completely tailored to my liking and if anything would say try out their sauna. Then the experience of the colonic was beyond expectation because I didn't paint a crazy picture. I want to respect my body, learn about it, feed it well, grow it strong and break out of my comfort zone. Bo has built an amazing practice and is phenomenal at what she does. Giving feedback, advice, care and comfort. This may just be the rest and reset your body needs. Number one bathroom in Cheyenne hands down.
