NextCare Urgent Care Cheyenne

Die slowly alone before ever going here. After a long history of horrible experiences over the years and swearing I would never return, I did. I brought my son here over a week ago for some labs. I missed the call with the results but tried to call back immediately after. I have since tried to call the clinic and left messages everyday, sometimes two times a day for five days since. No answer, no call back. Today when I try to call no matter what number I dial it goes to their location in Thorton? These people are useless, and incompetent. Side note the building itself it just kind of overall gross or weird. This time there was a random weight on the floor, but I'll take that over the last time I was here and my husband and I were trying to guess which bodily fluid was on the wall.

I had a tooth emergency and was able book online for very little wait. The staff was very friendly, especially PA Pinckney. She was very caring and helpful with my issue. Absolutely recommend!

My husband and I drove across town to go specifically to this location and we have an urgent care one mile away from our house. The front office staff was helpful, the doctor was kind and explained what her findings were in a way I could understand. They were professional and courteous, respectful, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to rush me out the door. The facility was clean and there wasn’t a long wait for me. I absolutely love this location, and now that I’ve found it I will no longer go anywhere else.

Samantha Newton did absolutely nothing to help my situation or my symptoms. Perhaps, if she had given me tamiflu the 1st time I saw her, I would not have had to return just to be treated like a drug seeker 4 days later. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional in all my life. Samantha, if you're reading this the window for tamiflu is 48 hours, NOT 24. And it DOES help reduce severity of symptoms. Seems like pretty basic information for a medical provider to know. I will never return to Nextcare and I will spread the word.

Very disappointed. I usually go to this facility as it has the best rating in town and have gone here several times over the years. However today I was met with a gal in a mask who refused to take my information and add me to the roster. I was having issues that were causing me great pain and she said it would be an hour to two hours before I was seen. I said ok… I am in pain right now and really meed to get in to see someone. She looked at me and in an irritated voice said, “You know … there are other Urgent Cares in town!” Needless to say I was in no mood to argue and took my information back and left. She attitude was obnoxious and she was very rude. Unfortunately this facility is the best one in town. After all my positive experience this was just horrible.
