I would give a 0, if possible. Unfortunately, I had given this place the benefit of the doubt. The salon has very poor lighting so it's impossible to see the terrible dye job until after you've left. Convenient? A couple times I had to go back due to hot roots and inconsistent color, but apparently the problem is the brand of dye, or so they claim. Stephanie wasted my time and money on multiple occasions, but the last time was the last straw. She painfully ripped through my hair, left me with orange splotches and all over the wrong color (think burgundy instead of chocolate brown), and crooked bangs. Save your money, and go to CO, unless you want to spend even more money fixing it.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this salon. When I came in for a haircut, I was trying to explain to the stylist what I wanted, but before I could even finish, she started cutting my hair. I tried to continue explaining that I wanted the sides to start short and gradually get longer towards the top, but she kept cutting the volume off the top instead. When I mentioned this, she argued with me about the terminology, saying what I wanted was a “fade,” not a “taper.” I asked if we could finish the consultation before continuing, but she became extremely rude. I then tried to discuss the situation with the owner, but the stylist followed me and started talking over me. To my shock, the stylist then kicked me out in front of the owner, who did nothing to intervene or resolve the situation. This was by far the most shocking experience I’ve ever had in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I’ve had a bad haircut before at another place but never felt the need to leave a bad review—I paid, tipped, and moved on. But the way I was treated here was unacceptable. Beware and steer clear of this place—the reviews do not match the service!

I love this place very comfortable and sweet environment , been going here for a couple of months I have very short hair and each time it’s cut it’s perfect I was suggested a hair cut and ever since I loved it . Got my nails done it’s only gel polish but they do so good the hand massage was so relaxing very gentle

I’ve been seeing Shannon at All That Jazz for several months now, and my hair has NEVER looked so good! She gave me a great cut that even styling-challenged me can make look good, and my color and highlights look amazing. I get compliments on my hair all the time. She’s also fun to talk with during my appointments, and she gets it when I have to get work done. I’m fortunate to have known some fabulous stylists in my time, but Shannon is the Queen in my book!

I’ve been going to Jalainna for years and always walk away happy. Two of my kids also have their hair done by Jalainna and also very pleased. My son is very particular, having had bad experiences at other salons, and he is 100% satisfied. Love the salon and all services!!
