I can’t say enough great things about Rachael! I started seeing her for my post-op lymphatic drainage massages, and she’s truly been a huge part of my healing process. Her technique is gentle yet incredibly effective — I noticed reduced swelling, less discomfort, and visible improvements after each session. She’s also so kind and compassionate, which makes every visit feel comfortable and calming. Rachael takes the time to explain everything and always tailors the massage to what my body needs that day. Oh my gosh! Where do I start!! Rachael has been the best therapist I've met. Shes not just any massage therapist from a spa. She's trained in so many specialties, she's my one stop shop. From massages to treat my accident injuries, to pelvic floor massage, to aqua massage in a salt water pool. Now she's going to get more training on visceral and pelvic organs. You don't know what's stuck for a long time till Rachael gets her magic hand on you to release. She can get deep into the muscles without bruising. Is had others go deep and develop bruises after. Rachael has worked on releasing so many things on me, my body feels different and lighter now. Her office is a peaceful and calming place. She just bought a new massage table that makes me feel like I'm floating away into relaxation. Shes so easy to talk to, I feel like I'm getting my vent therapy and talk therapy with my massage therapy. I'm so glad to have found her

Rachael is an amazing massage therapist. She’s very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She is particularly good with women’s issues and complications from birth and pelvic floor. I would highly recommend her if you’re having any kind of pain or muscle movement issues.
