I love this place! The float pod is just what I need after a really full season of life. So many amazing benefits and helps me to feel rested and refreshed again. I got a smoothie afterwards and it was delicious!

I scheduled a one hour soak not having tried a salt water float tank before so I was a tinge nervous. I walked in to a cute little space that also functions has a smoothie shop! I looked at the menu and saw a great range of treats for afterwards. The owner was so nice and handed me the waiver. Super simple to fill out, but also check their website before you go! They have all the information there too and their requests like stipulations around hair dye, your physical condition before entering the pod etc. The waiver also goes over these things and really shouldn’t be a problem for the majority of people. If you do have mobility issues, they allow you to bring in someone to assist you in and out of the pod etc. The pod is in a separate private area. You do not have to wear a bathing suit. She offers music for you to listen to if you wish. She requests that you rinse off before entering the pod. Much like a public pool. She also has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotions, whole body deodorant and a hair dryer after! Plus ear plugs, a head rest for while you float and towels!!! The pod does have a light if you do not want to be in the dark. My experience was just wonderful. Relaxing, calming, and a great way to get some self reflection and relax time. Yes, the water has salt! You do float! I found it easy to open the pod and get in/out. Very lovely. Will be coming back again.

I love BPWC!! Their smoothies are delicious and I love that they only use filtered water and organic fruit and vegetables. I have done the float therapy twice and it was such a wonderful, relaxing experience. I have also had a facial and lash lift and was super impressed with Katie. I cannot recommend this wonderful business enough!!

Love this place, it's like a mini vacay everyday....smoothies are amazing, red bed is rejuvenating and all products are organic and healthy centered. The nutrition services really helped bring balance and health back to my body too ! Highly recommend!
