I had a great session with Knot Your Average Message. I booked a lymphatic message and it has been amazing for my body. I knew I was holding onto fluid and hoped this would help. Not only do I feel lighter but also more relaxed. I did not realize the tension I was holding all throughout my body and while on the table, she was able to release so much that I could feel the leg she had worked on was “longer” than the other one. I am very happy that I searched for a local option first before booking back in Northern Co.

It had been years since I've had a full body massage. Just wanted someone to scratch my bones, ya know. So I booked one with Candace. Arriving for my session the entry is professional and welcoming. When we went over intake forms she listened to my needs and offered cupping. I havent ever done this before but was open to it. I agreed to try it out. The space where she worked on me was super comfortable. She provides an authentic space that is safe and comfortable. Its been a couple days since I received her services and im just amazed in what it did for me. I feel like Im running clean. Like I got my oil changed. Lately I had been experiencing dizziness and episodes of high blood pressure. Im not dr but I havent had a fit like that since my session and I truly believe receiving treatment from Candace is what rescued my body from atmospheric stresses. I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to have aid in relieving my body. Ive been telling anyone I can about this because she is amazing. This is the spot to go for a positive reset. By far the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced! I’m extremely ticklish so getting knots out of my back is hard since i tense up. Candace 100% understood and worked with me to relax while she got out knots that i had for YEAAARS! I cannot recommend her enough!

Candace did a wonderful job of making the environment feel relaxed and comfortable. I went in with neck and back pain, and am typing this the day after my appointment feeling SO MUCH BETTER. I look forward to going back!

Candace was really welcoming as I was an "out-of-towner" & really flexible with her schedule. She customized the massage to my body's needs and you could tell it really made a difference! If I ever find myself back in town I will definitely be a repeat customer!
