Nothing but amazing things to say about Wellness Collective! From the atmosphere of the studio to the quality of instructors, this is the best studio to practice Pilates & yoga. Teresa and Chellie’s 6am classes are well worth the early mornings - even on the weekends!

Wellness collective is the BEST studio I have ever been to. All the instructors are so professional yet friendly and fun! I love coming and killing my workouts with such positive and uplifting encouragement the whole environment gives. It’s my favorite place to be!

TL;DR: if you’ve been thinking about Pilates, try one class here. You won’t regret it. Honestly the most life changing exercise experience, and that’s not an exaggeration. I took a class in April 2025 on whim and it only took that one class to be hooked. This studio is unmatched, from their downtown location, to the bright and airy atmosphere, to the kind and supportive teachers. I’ve taken classes from Theresa, Jen, and Donna and I’ve truly felt like each instructor is fully present and invested in my well being. I added Pilates into my routine after struggling with shin splints and knee pain. 8 months later I feel like a new person, my posture has improved, and my running form has drastically improved.
