Joseph F. Looby, DO

I really liked Dr. Looby and he seemed very practical and intelligent. I greatly appreciated his opinion on my finger. However, I waited an hour in the lobby for my appointment and I would have appreciated it if the front desk staff simply communicated that he was on call and running behind from the minute I checked in. They could have offered me another appointment. A little communication goes a long way.

Dr. Looby is an amazing doctor. His personality is fun and light hearted. He makes you feel heard and important. He does every thing he can to take your pain away and do what he can before he recommends surgery. I have total trust in him.

I have never had any type of surgery before seeing Dr. Looby. I was fairly nervous but was put at ease by the professionalism of everyone involved in my surgery, treatment, and care. Dr. Looby took time to answer my questions and was extremely thorough with my post-op care. I appreciate his professionalism but also that he treated me as a human being and not an operation or procedure.

Dr. Looby is a skilled physician with a caring bedside manner. I’m so lucky to have been able to get in so quickly for the initial consult and then subsequent surgery. I’m on the road to recovery already-6 weeks from start to today’s date! Very pleased! Thank you!

This is my second surgery with Dr. Looby, and he's been great both times. He's responsive, answers questions clearly, and gives easy to follow instructions on follow up care. I highly recommend him.
