I cannot say enough good things about this dental office! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the friendliest staff who genuinely make you feel comfortable and welcome. The entire team is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. If you struggle with dental anxiety like I do, this is truly the place to go. They take the time to explain everything, move at your pace, and make sure you feel calm and cared for throughout the entire visit. I never once felt rushed or judged — just supported. Danika is truly an amazing dental hygienist!! What also really stood out to me is how fair and transparent they are with treatment plans and costs. They focus on what you actually need, explain your options clearly, and work to keep things as cost-effective as possible without compromising quality. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines expertise, compassion, and honesty the way they do. I’m so grateful to have found them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone — especially if going to the dentist has ever made you nervous. Truly a wonderful experience all around! 🦷✨

From the moment you walk in you experience quality care and service. Melissa who manages the front desk is so sweet and patient and gives you undivided attention and is very personable. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and Danika my dental hygienist was so sweet and gentle and subsisted any anxiety I was feeling, and she too was very personable. The dentist office is untraditional, but very clean. And finally Dr. Tripam was very nice and helpful giving documents and explaining my treatment as I have a disability and they accommodated my needs based on what I needed. I found this dentist office from my insurance provider and high recommend anyone who has anxiety as they are understanding and caring. Denise Losoya

Danika was wonderful! I have not had the best dental experiences in the past and she helped ease any worries/anxiety! She walks you through each step and is very personable! The dentist was wonderful as well very kind and took the time to go over each point of concern and possible concern. Everyone was transparent about what is actually needed for your health not just diagnosing to get money or have expensive products and procedures done.

I have a VERY sensitive mouth when it comes to dental work. I'm typically scared of the dentist. I called Denteffex because the other reviews on gentle care. Today I had the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. The people at the desk are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was matched with a hygienist who is super gentle, so friendly, and knowledgable. The dentist has a great chairside manor and made every step of care easy to understand. He is a fellow of dentistry with over 30 years of experience and it shows! I had filling from a previous dentist come out with a piece of my tooth leaving it sharp and cutting into my tongue. He used a dental smoothing tool to basicaly file it smooth. I barely felt it. What I did feel wasn't pain or discomfort. I was SO impressed. 1000/10.

Dentist Al and staff are the absolute BEST. When my "own" (now former) Dentist was unavailable and his office much delayed in responding to my urgent dental need, I found Dr. Al/Denteffex online and went in person to see if they could fit me in to evaluate my need. Not only did they make a way to see me that same day, but thanks to a sudden opening, I was able to have all the prep. work for a new Crown (over 90 minutes) completed the next day. A week or so later, Dr. Al and team - using the most advanced/informed techniques I have ever experienced (3 crowns prior elsewhere) perfectly placed and secured an expertly designed crown. All this completed in late Dec. 2025 before my dental insurance reduced my benefit 50%! I highly recommend this dental practice.
