Ulta Beauty

I had the best experience I have ever had at Ulta today at the one on highline!!! (And I shop at Ulta way to much for far to long) Really wish I would of came to the Eastside one YEARS ago I wish I got every staff members name when I was there. The only name I have is Telena. When I tell you I will drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come to this Ulta I will. Not to mention their shelves actually had stock. They were also helpful friendly but not pushy. I'm just smiling and looks like they were happy to be at their job.

Ulta Beauty has an atmosphere that is very welcoming. What a beautiful store. Ulta carries both low and high end brand products for all people. I've never left an Ulta without feeling better than before I came. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and engaging. They make sure you find what you need.

Update 2/4: (Bri is no longer at ulta & this place treated her like trash when she was leaving. I will never be back & wish I could tell the world how awful they are. Employees give you notice that they are leaving out of courtesy to the business, to then tell her randomly 3 days before her last day was supposed to be that she’s done that day instead? Disgusting. I hope this salon fails, they deserve it.) Oh not to mention the fact that every time I’m there there are two girls in the salon just twiddling their thumbs, walking around, talking, on their phones & never working. Maybe they should work to build their clientele instead of being a group of mean girls that treat people poorly. Bri is the best thing to happen to my hair & to ulta. I’m so thankful I found her from a random video. My hair is so fun & colorful when I leave, even if I have no idea what I want to do when I sit in her chair. If you want a fun stylist who can do really gorgeous things to your hair I cannot recommend Bri enough!

This is my favorite Ulta store in Sioux Falls. Everyone is super helpful and they go out of their way to make the experience as fun as possible! The staff is always gracious and they take their time answering all of your questions. I went in to get some skim care products and the girl that was helping me, Fatima, was very knowledgeable of the different products and gave me some really good suggestions on taking care of my skin and daily routine. She also helped pick up some hair products and make up. Overall, shopping there is such a delight!

We got a kids cut and tinsel the staff here are so amazing 🤩😍 friendly and oh so helpful. They made my daughter feel amazing.
