Serenity Spa & Facials Sioux Falls

Love this place! I drive 200 miles one way every month. Arie is so welcoming at the front desk. They have a water & hot tea bar that is absolutely refreshing. The estheticians are kind, gentle, knowledgeable & very friendly. 30 years I've fought with acne & it's finally managed! Highly recommend!

I rarely ever give a review, but I am so absolutely tired of the spam calls from your facility. I hate to even do this but whatever AI or robot company is running your calling pattern. maybe I can get through this way. I have been asked over and over again to be removed from your calling list and you do not comply. you call me 7 days a week, pretty much anytime from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. And mostly during the middle of my own business work day. it's absolutely disgusting that businesses feel they can call other businesses during the middle of a work day. it is wrong and ridiculous. how would you like it if my business called all of your employees during the middle of their facials and tried to sell them product much less on a Sunday when I'm eating dinner with my family. it's ridiculous and I have asked politely for over 2 months to please be removed from your call list. instead I get hung up on and continue to be called by your company. so I am coming on here in hopes of someone reading this review and finally listening and stop all the harassing spam calls. please stop. it is your services that are causing me stress and wrinkles

I am a client at Serenity Spa. I am always treated with Kindness and respect when I come in for my facials. Cindy was the young lady giving me my facial today. Cindy was very thorough and knowledgeable. Cindy recognized what my skin was needing, informed me of what services she was providing based on that and answered my questions accordingly.

I had a really relaxing facial and a great overall experience. The esthetician was professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. My skin felt refreshed afterward and was visibly glowing the next day, exactly what I was hoping for. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this spa.

I loved it!... i can see quick results since my first appointment. I never thought I'd go to a facial spa and im glad I did, its invigorating. Today I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep, sound tones of the spa, warm mist in the air, hot towels, facial massages, and skin treatments that feel good period.
