Red Arbor Tattoo

Lauren was an absolutely amazing artist. My sister and I specifically booked with her as she specialized in fine line tattoos. We requested our late grandfather’s signature and provided a copy of a document with his signature on it for her to utilize for the tattoo. She took her time and ensured we liked the size and placement before beginning. She was so sweet and personable. If I could give her more stars I would. We absolutely love our tattoos!!

I had an excellent experience with Lauren. She was extremely professional, a great communicator, and was able to get us in earlier than expected. The shop was very clean and well maintained. Lauren did an amazing job on my fine-line tattoos and drew up the designs exactly as I explained it. Very personable and easy to work with — I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend her!

I came in for a shoulder cover up and I’m really happy with how it turned out. The original tattoo was… not great 💀 and I had been stuck for months not knowing what to do with it. Savannah completely fixed that. She created a design for me when I didn’t even know where to start, and she covered the old tattoo so well. It looks SO much better. She was super chill and professional and checked in on me about pain, offered breaks, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. She had a really good vibe, was good at starting conversations, joking around with me, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The shop itself was really welcoming too. Check in was easy, I barely waited, and they even offered drinks. Other artists walked by and hyped up the piece which was honestly really nice. I’m really glad I chose Savannah and would definitely recommend her.

I got the pleasure of meeting Peyton today and he was amazing. I got my first tattoo during that tats for cats event and he touched it up and even took some creative freedom that made me love the tattoo. He also did a typewriter style quote from a song as well and blew it out of the park. He does very crisp line work. Im fairly new to the tattoo game and he explained everything in detail to help me better understand what the long term tattoo would look like comparatively to fresh. He was very nice and was very easy going. I would love to get another tattoo with him!

I cannot recommend Mia and Red Arbor enough!!! I am seriously wondering if I should stay in SD after I graduate this spring for the sole purpose of getting regular tattoos from this place. Mia created a true work of art that deserves to be hung in the Louvre and executed the design and tattoo lines beautifully. My muscles are also quite jumpy and she handled everything so well while making me feel comfortable the entire time. She was absolutely amazing, I highly recommend her! During the process of my tattoo, several artists (including the owner) complimented the design and was very encouraging while I struggled to sit for my first rib tattoo. I'm normally pretty self conscious, but I felt at ease the whole time, and everyone was very welcoming and encouraging. Overall, the entire experience was exactly what you want from a tattoo appointment: clean facilities, kind staff, and seriously amazing artwork. 15/10, book your appointment ASAP!!!
