I could tell she definitely cares about her clients. I felt extremely comfortable and yet it was still a very professional atmosphere. I will definitely be going back!

I bought a 90 minute Groupon and was a bit skeptical after buying it, because I couldn't get a hold of Rose to schedule the massage. When I finally did get through, Rose was not very helpful in setting up a time saying that all of her "late" times were already booked. I felt as if she wasn't willing to work with me on scheduling a time. I go to my appointment 20 minutes early and she is nowhere to be found. When my massage is scheduled to start, she sends a message saying she is running late. I can understand running late, so I'm not really too frustrated. Overall she does a pretty good job with the massage, but cuts my time 15 minutes instead of giving me a 90 minute massage. I didn't say anything and even tipped well. I wanted to go back, because overall the actual massage was good despite a few other mishaps. So I tried scheduling a massage yet again with her, and she doesn't even tell me what times she has available; she just says that she'll look to see if her intern can see me. Obviously that isn't what I asked for. I'm extremely disappointed, because it's hard to find a good therapist; but I will be taking my business somewhere else since it seems like Rose doesn't want the business.

Wonderful experience! She knew just where my troubled spots were and worked them out. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I felt so great when I left. I recommend Rosa to everyone!
