I got my hair done with Deanna Hendrixson. When I booked my appointment the price stated the cost would be $75. I understand that was a base price, but when I checked out the total was $169.00 before tip. And then I was informed that she didn’t accept Afterpay, which it explicitly stated on the site she accepted. After a pretty extensive consultation I thought we were on the right track. That being said, I’m extremely unsatisfied with the color. The cut is great! But the color isn’t what I wanted or what we discussed. I reached out to her to request a refund for the color only, as I didn’t feel comfortable having her attempt to correct my color service. After a couple of days with no response, I checked the message, and realized I had been blocked on all available platforms. So I reached out to the salon itself. The “co owner” I spoke with via text tried to help, but could only do so much. It wasn’t her job or position to respond to me for the original stylist. That being said I’d absolutely never go back to Deanna again and would never recommend them. This is more so based on the lack of response and poor customer service than the original service itself.
