I got my lashes done on December 11, and the experience was awful from the start. While I was still in the chair, my eyes began burning, and when I told the technician, she rudely said it might be because I don’t get lashes done regularly. I consistently get my lashes done and never have I ever had any problems getting my lashes done by others, whether it was regular lashes, Lush Clusters, or anything else. To make matters worse, the lashes were falling off as I was driving to work, so it was clear they weren’t even applied properly. I paid $175 for this service, and by the next day, my eyes were bloodshot, extremely irritated, and painful, feeling like there were glass shards in them. My eyes were also very puffy and had a lot of discharge. I had to call the salon to have the lashes removed on December 13. I did receive a partial refund of $80, but the whole experience was extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unsafe. I would not recommend this salon for lash services.

Very fast and very good work. I always leave here looking like a new and refreshed person. I love getting my eyebrows threaded here and my mustache waxed.

Chick charged me $20 to rip my eyebrows out with thread and said that it 'Hurts more than wax'. Not true I had esthetician friends who NEVER hurt my face that bad...
