My results look so natural and gave me the confidence boost I didn’t realize I needed. She works in a timely, professional manner, keeps in touch throughout the healing process, and is always available to answer any questions. Rachel was amazing. She explained things thoroughly to me, including my skin type as an older woman and what to expect. I was very comfortable throughout the process of getting my brows done using the NANO process. I did not experience any pain throughout the process. It is day 2 and I have had no pain, no "sunburn" feeling and no itching. My husband was concerned that I would not be happy with tattooing my brows and he was just as impressed as I am. I am from "that generation" that tweezed their brows unmercifully. I looked in the mirror this morning after getting ready for my day and I feel complete! I'm looking forward to my follow-up appointments with Rachel and consider her to be a very good friend now. I highly recommend her!
