I loved the staff's attention. They were very attentive, friendly, and caring. They explained the procedures I would undergo step by step and answered all my questions clearly and professionally. They recommended the best treatments for my teeth and different ways to solve the various problems I was having. They had extra things like water, pillows, TV, good music

my recent experiences here were great! everyone from the front desk receptionists to the hygienists and assistants are incredibly friendly and helpful. dr. bartunek was wonderful and truly made my root canal experience a breeze. i hadn’t been to the dentist in years due to fear, and i honestly wish i had come in sooner because this clinic was so accommodating and made me feel completely at ease. thank you so much, neighborhood dental!

The staff here are amazing! Seriously - everyone inside that building was so kind, professional, and great at what they do. My kids go here, and this was my first time being seen at Neighborhood Dental. It definitely won’t be my last! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist for themselves or their kiddos.

The staff are wonderful with my daughter! They take their time to explain what is going on and what needs to be done to not only me but to her as well! They are caring and compassionate and aren’t in a rush to push you out the door - they take time to make sure your concerns are heard.

The staff and hygienists were incredible, but the dentists themselves were so rude. I went twice and saw one of them each time. Neither of them said more than hello to me, only speaking to the hygienist about me in front of me. When I asked more information about my teeth, they were not forthcoming. When I came back the second time, I had the same experience with the second dentist. Almost no conversation at all, and he left as soon as the work was done. He spoke only to the hygienist with no discussion about the work that had been done or the next steps for me. It felt very uncomfortable and intrusive.
