Neighborhood Dental

I had just come back with my family and we are using their Dental savings plan cause it was a better deal for where we are in life right now. My first appointment back was good. Courtney was great, and almost couldn’t tell she was cleaning my teeth and she made sure I was comfortable. And I didn’t feel rushed out of there. Dr. Ridgeway was cool and didn’t pressure me into anything. He gave some options for ways I can improve my smile and left it at that. Great experience with him and Courtney.

The whole experience was nice. I was in a mood when I got there and the chic(I forgot her name) she was patient, she was calm, she didn't give me attitude back(I'm sure she wanted to bc I would have) tbh she is the reason I went back later that day. Kudos to her!! My dentist was on it from start to finish. He was straight to the point. I went went back that afternoon I didn't have the same chic but obviously the same dentist and he was chill. He was calm which helped my anxiety and he cared that the glasses were dirty and had them cleaned before putting them on my face and for that I highly recommend Neighborhood Dental. Specifically on 41st. There was never any pressure to do more, spend more. They listened, they cared and they did what they said they'd do. I didn't leave there feeling like a $ sign I felt like I mattered. I felt cared for. That matters! Thank you neighborhood dental!!!

I had a spur-of-the-moment semi-emergency with a cracked tooth, and as someone who has always been terrified of the dentist, I was incredibly stressed. My sister insisted I call Neighborhood Dental — and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I called, the receptionist was so personable, comforting, and reassuring. When I arrived, they got me in right away. Dr. Sara was absolutely wonderful. I explained that Christmas was coming up, money has been tight, and I’m juggling everything with two kids. She took the time to explain every option in a way that made complete sense. She listened, understood my situation, and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed. She was kind, patient, and truly personable. They got me fixed up quickly, pain-free, and with so much compassion. I will definitely be going back, and I highly recommend Neighborhood Dental to anyone. Affordable, understandable, personable, and genuinely kind. Exactly what you hope for in a dental office!

I would highly recommend Neighborhood Dental on 41st. Dr. Sara and Dr. Blake are very knowledgeable at what they do, caring, compassionate, and always advocating for the best results. The hygienist Steph is personable and thorough in her cleanings. Chelsey did a great job at explaining all finances and giving quick options for the next visit.

Took forever to clear up their billing error. Husband ended up with overbite due to an appliance they prescribed and has endured over a year of orthodontic treatment to fix. I’ve left their practice for a much better practice, Dental Essence. However had to send my daughter to them today because they could get her in quickly. Experienced more hassle and frustration even though she is an established patient with their practice and is covered under Delta Dental. Please save yourself the frustratiion and pick a different dental office.
