If I could give more than 5 stars to Dr. Chelsea Kuipers, I would! Earlier this summer my 8 year old granddaughter was here visiting from out of state. It was a Sunday evening and she got hit in the mouth by a large tree swing which nearly knocked out one of her front permanent teeth and really tore up her mouth. At the emergency room we were given the phone numbers of several dental groups who did emergency dental care. After no success with the first two numbers, we got an immediate response from Chelsea and within 30 minutes, we met her and her assistant (sorry I didn’t get her name) at her office. Chelsea and her assistant were so kind and patient with my granddaughter who was in pain and scared. She immediately made us feel at ease. She took the time to assess the situation and went above and beyond to save that permanent tooth. Now 2 months later the tooth is healed and looks like nothing ever happened! We are so grateful for Dr. Kuipers and her assistant, who gave us so much of their time on a Sunday night in the summer. This was incredible and compassionate care!

Staff was very kind and respectful. The dentist was patient and made sure I was aware of any information I would need to know. He also explained things in a way that helped me understand how things worked a little better. Will definitely continue to go here.

I used to love this place but not today. Lack of communication and You have to wait for the staff to do your stuff only to be told to do this and that not the actual appointment. Time wasted and yes never knew that you have to pay for a service not being done because you don't want to do it and they call it cancellation fee. Waste of time and money. Lessons Learned.

Peyton did an excellent job informing me about everything she would be doing before she performed the procedure. She was very empathetic about if she was causing me any discomfort. Dr. Mike was very thorough with my exam and explaining the panoramic X-ray they had done. Never disappointed when I leave my appointment.

I recently had an excellent experience at Dental Care Associates! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. The office is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere.
