I visited the store to buy a product I saw online with an offer, but was told the deal was only available on the website. I asked if I could order online and pick up in-store, which they said was fine. However, the website was difficult to navigate, and the staff was unhelpful. After struggling for about 10 minutes, I finally placed my order (Order #49243). When I left, I said "thank you," but no one responded. Terrible customer service and a frustrating experience overall.

I got the worst customer service at their Kileleshwa store today. Basically I picked a hydrator that I normally use(or so I thought) with the help of the in store attendant and even bought extra products based on her advice, paid and went home . Upon reaching home I discovered that it wasn't actually the one I usually use as they look almost similar, same packaging. I called the store back like 3 hours later and they aptly refused to exchange the product saying I could be returning a fake product that is infiltrated or some weird explanation like that. Basically they were saying I could be a fraudster or something. I was so frustrated with this explanation as it's a clear character attack. My intention was to buy products as I usually do from them, pay, use and repeat cycle. But this small mistake just made me jump ship. Continue serving fraudsters. I am so dissapointed with this service and after sales service and I will not be buying my stuff from them ever again YUCK

Poor customer service, I ordered Retinol but what was delivered was Alpha Arbutin. The lady serving me was insisting that I ordered what they delivered. Very disappointed.
