Endure Thermal Spa

I spontaneously took advantage of a sale to go in the infrared sauna for 30 min and I loved it! It was super easy to book the appt and pay online before I went in. The owners were really helpful showing me around and telling me how everything works. I was able to take a quick shower afterward and it was really refreshing! I highly recommend everyone goes to check it out! I’m trying to cold plunge/sauna or lymphatic roller next!

I had an incredible experience at Endure! I tried the lymphatic roller, and it was unlike anything I’ve ever done before—easy, private, and surprisingly educational. The owner took the time to explain the health benefits, which made the experience even more meaningful. After that, I did the sauna and cold plunge combo, and once again, I was impressed not only by how great I felt but also by how much I learned. The space is super clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Amazing people, amazing place—I'll definitely be back! Plus, I received this cute little duck and coupon for the tub next time!!

Our F45 group had the incredible opportunity to visit Endure Thermal Spa for a private after-hours event, and it was the perfect way to recover and unwind. After pushing our bodies hard, the thermal spa experience was exactly what we needed. The facilities is clean and has a peaceful atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. We especially loved cycling through the saunas and the exhilarating cold plunge. The contrast therapy felt amazing and was a great way to aid muscle recovery. The staff was also incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, making sure we had everything we needed to have a fantastic time. Endure Thermal Spa is more than just a place to relax—it's a truly therapeutic experience. We're already talking about when we can go back. If you're an athlete or just someone looking for a unique and effective way to relax and recover, I can't recommend this place enough!
