Lazaderm

I had botox for the 1st time here. I didn't know anything about it. I was also very nervous about it. The lady who did the botox injections over did it. Suggesting 50 units. My eyelids were drooping, I also had "Spock eyebrows" I texted them and never got a reply back as to what I should do. Or what would remedy this. Needless to say. I never went back. Which is a shame as I am considering trying lip filler. But customer service is horrible here. They also assumed I was coming from Sisseton when I said I lived in South Dakota. (I don't live there) The injector also didn't tell me you will get a headache from the Botox until she was already injecting me. Like WHAT?? They're also very pushy about setting up appointments for future injections, making you set up another appointment BEFORE you leave. They have a "fine" for not showing up for any appointments. It just seems like they're extremely money hungry & overly aggressive for business. The injector suggesting a lot more units than you originally wanted. I wish the customer care was better. Especially for being a first time customer and the problems I had. At least answer me if I had problems.
