I felt the information I received during my free consultation was interesting and helpful. I scheduled a hydro facial appointment for a couple hours later. The staff was kind and professional. But, I felt pressure from both the anesthetist and the receptionist to purchase products and a membership for continued services and products. I didn’t find any posted procedure costs within the facility or on-line but was given costs when I asked during my consult. Prices for products were not disclosed unless you asked as well. I requested an add-on to my facial for an extra $50. I did feel the facial was refreshing and my face felt well moisturized after my visit. Total cost for my under one-hour visit was over $200. Way too expensive in my opinion.

After having many services at Chapter, my experience today with Petra was more than five stars. She clearly knows what she’s doing, her confidence, skill and kindness made my visit exemplary, for a service that requires a high level of expertise! I’ll be going back just for her. Thanks Petra!

I had a 9 AM appointment, but the door wasn’t opened until exactly 9:00, even though several of us arrived a bit early and tried to get in. After checking in, I wasn’t called back until about 9:15. Once the appointment started, it went well. I appreciated the information provided and felt the visit itself was thorough and helpful. I did need a follow-up call at noon to get a prescription, which was fine. However, I was told I would be receiving a 90-day supply, which was necessary since I’ll be out of town for the rest of the winter. When I picked it up, it turned out to be only a 60-day supply, and no one working at the time seemed to know how to resolve the issue. Overall, the care itself was good, but the scheduling and customer service could be improved.

Alley was absolutely wonderful! She made us feel so comfortable right away, was super friendly, and took the time to do a really detailed skin analysis. I loved how she explained everything clearly and recommended just what my skin needed. Going with a friend I hadn’t seen in years made it extra special, and Alley turned it into such a lovely treat for both of us. So happy we got to meet her!

Petra at Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Fargo is amazing! She’s extremely personable and instantly puts you at ease with her kind, genuine energy. No judgment, just true care and attention to detail. I was so touched that she even remembered things I told her 9 months ago! Every appointment with her is such a positive experience, and I always leave feeling confident and so happy with my results!
