Kind, welcoming, thoughtful, and thorough. I’ve had skin cancer numerous times and get 6 month skin checks for life. I had been seeing a dermatologist for years and he retired, and getting rescheduled into a new provider was going to be a numerous month wait. Made the switch to the Fargo Center for Dermatology and I’m so glad I did. Short wait times, kind people, and my provider took the time to get to know me and my skin. There is nothing worse than finding a skin spot and worrying that it’s cancer, and knowing that I will be able to get in quickly to be seen is such peace of mind. Stephanie Hinkle really took her time on my skin check. I highly recommend her!! She’s calm, thorough, and completely made me feel at ease. Dealing with skin cancer is not fun, but having a good provider in your court is a huge support on the journey. Thank you guys! Oh, and try a coffee latte from the coffee machine. So good!!!!

Very professional people from the front desk to the Dr. and everyone in between. I had the SRT treatment for 21 sessions and Jill was wonderful and caring for every session. All my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable for every treatment and looked forward to the next treatment, I would recommend this treatment to anyone, it works.

I have been for my follow up and 2nd appointment. What a experiance, from walking in the front door, greeted by reception, friendliness on its own level. The nurses that came to fecth me on both occasion, friendly on time, service above and beyond. Dr. Ness is very helpfull, friendly with a world of knowledge, 1st and second time left me speechless, i know they treat all the same, almost part of the same family. Great feeling. I received poor customer service and had very poor results from Gretchen. I had to go in repeatedly 3 times? as she kept saying she would do it correct this time. I felt that their equipment wasn't up to par and let her know I thought it was futile to keep coming in and wasting my time and travel. She was extremely insistent to get me to come in for the third treatment rather than a simple refund. I thought it was strange and finally agreed. Well I went in a third time and had the same poor result. I have been trying to contact her for weeks and she has ghosted me. She was good about being in contact when she thought she was going to get your money. I would suggest going elsewhere where they have better equipment for your money as well as better customer service. Edit: They finally got in touch with me and were able to resolve my issue with a refund. They are supposed to be getting a new laser which maybe is better, if I try it I will update the review.

Our experience here was very good. PA Stephanie Hinkle was thorough, kind, and made my 13 year old daughter feel comfortable. I was VERY pleased when I called in and was able to schedule an appointment on the same day, bravo! Stephanie was able to remove the mole same day which I was appreciative of. Only downside is that biopsy results can take up to 2 weeks, which is a lifetime for a concerned mama. However the experience was as very good and the facility is beautiful.
