Timber Creek Dental

This dentist is awful. I’ve gone to him for a few years (always paying out of pocket and never needing any work other than regular cleanings). I have always thought his chair side manner was less than ideal, but his wonderful staff made up for it. However, after belittling and insulting me for not being able to pay out of pocket for both mine and my son’s x-rays at one visit (in front of my 4 years old son), I will never go back and highly discourage anyone else, especially with children, from taking your business here. Upon leaving the office, my 4 year old child got to our vehicle and said “he was a mean guy.”

I've been a patient at Timber Creek Dental for several years now, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The quality of care and service is always exceptional—everyone on the team is professional, friendly, and truly invested in their patients' well-being. Today, I had an appointment but ran into unexpected car trouble as I was leaving. Not only did the staff accommodate me, but the doctor went out of his way to help me get things sorted out. That level of kindness and dedication goes far beyond what you'd expect from a dental office. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients, both in and out of the chair. If you're looking for a dentist who is skilled, compassionate, and goes the extra mile, this is the place to go!

When we moved to Fargo we started with another dentist. We ended up needing to change because some of the work I had done needed to be fixed. Dr. Sheils was able to fix the mistakes and now takes care of our whole family. Because it is a small team, it feels like the small town dentist I used to go to as a kid and I feel like they care.

Timber Creek Dental has a wonderful staff that works hard for your dental needs. They do a very thorough job and offer expert knowledge. They are very flexible with getting you scheduled. I’m so thankful for the work they have done.

I have been going to Dr Sheils for years.Our adult son goes their and my husband.Never have we been disappointed. I live 1 hr away and didn't want to drive into fargo anymore( traffic). So I went to our local Dentist.we'll that was a huge mistake.Timber creek took me back right away,as I had an infection now and I only trusted Dr sheils to look at what was done from my home town Dentist.I am so happy and appreciative that Timber creek dental took me back.Mentaly I feel better and my teeth feel normal again as now after my local dentist,I have to have a root canal but I wasn't doing another move until I seen Dr sheils and did what he suggested.He and his staff are GREAT.Dr sheils and the hygenists takes their time to show you what's going on and explains everything they are doing.I will b driving the distance again.The receptionist is very knowledgeable about your insurance and will answer your questions.I will never try another dentist.They are stuck with me until I die.Thank you all at timber creek dental.
