Friendly Smiles Cosmetic Dentistry

I've had an excellent time at this dentist and have felt very cared for the entire time I've been a patient. I even had a nasty root canal that my doctor did fix but unfortunately got infected and they did everything they could for me until my insurance rolled over so I could afford the specialist to operate on it. I think it's easy to say something is money focused, which everything is welcome to the States. But I have always treated them kindly and with the understanding that doctors and dental hygienisst are people too who can make mistakes. That's how I've always treated everyone in the office and they have even given me a free check up on the tooth with the infected root canal because they knew my dental maximum was spent. I think the work done here is great and everyone will work their best within reasonable expectations to give you their best care.

I have been coming for years, everyone is so kind and welcoming, issues are taken care of very quickly and efficiently! Any issues I have had with fillings haven been redone at no cost to me. Would recommend to anyone looking for dental care!

This dental office is money focused and not client focused. I had been going to this office for years. With the new leadership I will not be going back. I purchased a replacement TMJ guard when I asked for the same one (“couldn’t find my old chart” with the info so they guessed). I TRUSTED THAT THEY knew what they were doing and once I figured out I had the wrong guard I had already been grinding on my teeth to the point of needing them to be fixed AGAIN by them. They took no accountability for lying to me and did not work through their mistake with me. I am out thousands and have to start all over with another dentist.

Last time I went here, they mentioned at least 5 times if I had insurance. I said yes, it’s the same insurance I’ve had for years and I been going there for years. When I was leaving, they gave me my bill but that was the full bill. They had all my info prior my appointment.

I've moved away from the area and it was honestly easier to replace my hairdresser, our chiropractor, and our auto mechanic than it was to replace our dental hygienist. She was honestly that good. (I'm sure they have a few great hygienists, but I saw Danielle) I went to Friendly Smiles in Fargo and loved it. I went for a few years and saw 3 or 4 different dentists over the course of time- all were good. The Hygienist though; was fantastic. That's what matters more to me, I see her every time I'm there, and spend the most time with her. That's who I really want to take care of me. I went 4 times/year for cleanings and she did a great job and I never had any pain or discomfort. She explained procedures well and genuinely motivated me to have better dental health. (I definitely can't say that about any other dental team I've had in the past) A pleasant dental experience might be worth a 4 hour drive cross state.. I might be back to visit if I can't find a good hygienist in my new area.
