Southpointe Dental - Dr Susan Althoff

I was establishing care after recently moving to the area and I could not have been treated better! Everyone was friendly and welcoming! The office is clean and spotless! My hygienist was Aspen and she did a fantastic cleaning and explained everything in detail. Dr Althoff was down to earth and explained everything that she thought was important on my xrays and how she can help with some upcoming procedures. I checked out with Jennifer who was the kindest and had everything printed out for me with cost and insurance payments. Also important is, they have early morning hours for working folks. After only one visit I would highly recommend!

Dr Althoff and her team always do such an amazing job! Very knowledgeable and clearly staying ahead of the game with the latest techniques and care. The entire team is kind, friendly, and makes every visit a positive experience!

Awesome! Dr. Althoff is amazing! These guys make me feel like I'm the only patient in the world! I feel lucky to be there patient. The clinic is spotless and they are all so friendly and seem so happy in their jobs. They're a great team!

Amazing! Incredible! I can’t find any other words to describe this dental office and all of their staff. I am so incredibly happy and surprised with my entire experience here and will become a life long patient of Dr. Althoff. I will also be bringing my entire family over for dental care. It was so wonderful to find a doctor and her entire staff so pleasant to work with and really made me feel comfortable during the entire process of my procedures today. At this office you will experience highly knowledgeable staff, friendliness, empathy and just top notch excellence in patient care! Erica was excellent and stayed with me during the entire process explaining and helping me feel calm and Dr. Althoff is the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Incredible job to all of the staff and just know you ladies are the best in the business. If there was a community dental award this office deserves it.

First off I want to say thank you again today to Dr. Susan… and to your great dental staff, and a special thanks to Bonnie my fantastic hygienist. I recommend Dr. Susan @ Southpointe dental to everyone. I will not go to another dentist. Her staff shows you genuine, caring, and knowing who you are the minute you walk in the door, it is so comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Susan‘s office is a “lead by example” dental office and is so much appreciated. All of my past dental offices that I’ve been have not conduct themselves with the compassion and appreciation as Dr. Susan and her dental staff does. If you want great dental care and to be appreciated for who you are and have a genuinely caring atmosphere for you while you’re there , Dr. Susan is your choice! She maintains the highest level of care and professionalism as a specialized-dentist! If you have had negative experiences with past dentists that left you feeling like you don’t want to go back , then you need to make a personal choice and make an appointment with Dr. Susan @ Southpointe dental.
