0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND RACIST!! Interesting experience, to say the least. My appointment was canceled and magically turned into a “no call, no show,” despite that not being what happened. That came with a $100 missed appointment fee, which I addressed responsibly by setting up a payment plan. Unfortunately, professionalism stopped there. Instead of resolving the situation, staff felt it was appropriate to revisit appointments from 2024 apparently time works differently here since it’s now 2026. The tone throughout was judgmental and unnecessarily condescending. Respect also seemed conditional. Conversations felt less about patient care and more about assumptions, which is disappointing for a healthcare setting especially one that serves Medicaid patients. If you’re looking for understanding, accountability, or basic courtesy do not go here

The staff were very friendly and caring. They made me feel comfortable and took time to help me figure out insurance and the financial pieces. I had major anxiety in getting services, and they got me eager and excited to start!

Life-changing level of care and compassion. The office is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff are extremely personable and sympathetic. I need a lot of work done, but no one made me feel shamed or embarrassed for it. In fact, they seem genuinely excited for how much better off I'll be after treatment. Best dentist experience by far. Will recommend to literally everyone.

Very polite, sincere feeling. Excellent communication, fast getting an appointment This was made as I sat waiting for my ride immediately after appt I would like to add a few things, the appt was scheduled at 4pm and I didn't see A dentist until 440pm. I had 2 teeth pulled, and was prescribed meds I watched them call in, but next day when calling in regards to the meds the pharmacy said there were no scripts. I am missing two teeth in the front I am learning how to talk again and not to mention I was completely numb. I had called on fri, forgetting the office is closed fri, sat, and Sunday. But figured there should be a emergency contact number or after hr emergency. Well there wasn't and the numbness was still there and I ended up leaving a message Stating it's not professional to not have an on call Dr.. also that 3 days was going to be miserable And that they all have a wonderful weekend as I will be suffering Something to this point. I was frustrated, because talking was hard and I sound snooty now, stuck up, posh, what have you. Sooooo in the end definitely watch your wording and tone even if you've got teeth missing Because they'll block you from ever getting their services again such as myself. And I did profusely apologize but that didn't matter. So yes polite and nice until confronted!! One last thing, after Monday when meds we're finally fixed and I just found out they refused services from there on out Because of my voice message being rude, I was quite miserably upset, I need dentures and they took both UNHC, and medicade. Anyhow, I had adviced the gal at pharmacy Because she could tell I was upset and she then advised me They tend to have a lot of missed calls for meds.. So keep that in mind as well

The most outstanding dental office I’ve ever been to! They actually care about their patients. Unlike most dental offices, it’s about money and they’ll turn you away and not even help you find a Plan B for that these guys from the front desk ladies to the hygienist of the dentist go above and beyond and like I said they really care the dentist is absolutely phenomenal. Work. My teeth are absolutely beautiful. Here’s a photo of today’s visit because I like to take silly photos. She did six cavities today and I’m so happy with the work she does. The other photo is just my beautiful smile from them. I’m so thankful for them. They do so amazing. They called me Friday to get me in and I cried tears joy because she said Kyla I thought of you. We need to get you in I know there’s some stuff in the way, but you gotta get in. They simply care. Thank you peace dental.
