Jenna is incredible. I took my daughter to Balance + Glow for her first facial for her 13th birthday. From booking, to service, to recommending products Jenna was both knowledgeable and courteous. She has a warm, welcoming energy that was inviting and put my daughter at ease. Her space is tranquil and relaxing, she explained everything she was going to do prior to beginning and kept checking in with my daughter to make sure she was comfortable. Jenna is a life saver! I contacted her looking to have a facial and consultation to help assess my acne I had all along my jawline, neck, and chin. Let’s just say…that acne barely exists today! She immediately got to work by discussing my options and doing a customized facial. At 26 years old I had never in my life had a professional facial, so naturally I was nervous. Not only is Jenna extremely knowledgeable but she is also very comforting and understanding. She made sure to explain all products she was using and the process.
