Nurse Jessica, you are amazing. You have the skills, compassion and confidence in your craft that you don’t see in nurses anymore! THANK YOU! You by far are the best nurse have had for an infusion ever! I’ve had 150+ infusions at several different locations and will be an infusion patient the rest of my life.. but THE DIFFERENCE was today you treated me like a human and I don’t think I can ever explain the appreciation I have for you helping this nurse-patient get through a rough couple days. You are such a light, thank you for being one of the good ones. The lunch, coffee bar, tv, and the facility itself was just an incredible bonus to the care I received. Local Infusion provided exemplary care. The entire care team was very professional but also welcoming and friendly. The environment was private. It felt like I was at a day spa waiting for a massage. I experienced zero pain or even the slightest discomfort. Thanks again for your good care.

I had a hard time getting my appointment.i live a half mile from your south portland office but you first suggested that I come to Augusta or portsmouth! Then I accepted portand rather than argue about it. Why could I not use your darling location near my home? Your staff at Northgate were very good.

Staff were incredibly attentive and kind. I felt very comfortable during my visit, facility was welcoming and clean. Having a private room, reclining chair, dimmable lights, blankets/pillows, space heater, netflix, and access to healthy snacks/drinks during my visit made me feel right at home. It helped to create a calm atmosphere that left me feeling less anxious about my visit. Staff were quick to respond if needed and very thorough. I highly recommend this facility.
