Mya went above and beyond to find me a blush that I didn’t think existed, very light baby pink. At the register, without hesitation she ran and brought me back a ton of options, ultimately landing on one that was PERFECT… I was so grateful and astonished and she was so happy to do it… you can tell she is passionate about her job and provided some amazing service! Aside from her, everyone else here that I’ve interacted with have been nice, knowledgeable and great. The store itself is always tidy, things are always where they should be. Grateful that this one is my local spot!

I don’t usually go out of my way to write a bad review, but Cynthia was automatically cold towards me and rude when I declined her offer for the Ulta credit card. She kept haggling me after I politely declined. When I left & said thank you she said nothing at all to me at all and turned her head away. Otherwise, I like the store but it is cramped when it is busy. Can’t help that though.

Staff was so lovely and attentive as I was waiting for my appointment at the benefit brow bar. Kiley made me feel super comfortable and confident in my look! I got a tint and wax and would highly recommend booking her.

I purchased TULA Acne Clearing Routine on 3/23/2025; was wondering why my face was breaking out. This is the only thing I've found to help.. looked at the expiration date.. expired in 7/2024!!! Clearly they don't check the dates on their product and this could cause someone with sensitive skin serious issues!

Looked for glitter makeup and a guy helped me he was amazing! Super knowledgeable on the products from what Netflix shows use them and made the experience amazing! Great customer service here!!
