The Spa at Saco Mills

This was my first time visiting this spa and will come back again. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in their front door. The waiting room was warm and cozy. Love the heated blankets and tea. It’s quiet and tranquil, with wonderful soft aromas. I booked a 60 min message with Zach. He was professional and caring. Highly recommend this Zach and this spa.

This was my 2nd visit to the Spa. My family gave me a gift certificate for my birthday. I chose a 60 minute Sports/Deep Tissue Massage.Morgan was amazing! She really knew how to release all the tension and still make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I feel so much better! I really enjoyed sitting in the reception room drinking lavender tea under a heated blanket. The perfect afternoon!

Rainy day massages! Couples massage with Morgan and M…Melissa? Was amazing!!! Comfy bed, everything clean and smells were light enough to be aromatic without being overpowering. Masseuses checked in on pressures and focused on areas with high tension. Great experience here!

This was my first visit to the Spa and from the moment I arrived the atmosphere was incredibly calming, warm and welcoming. The space is so cozy and quiet and the team makes you feel instantly relaxed. From the cozy nest of the Sanctuary for unrushed recovery after treatment to the gentle talented healers, this is the best experience I have ever had. I selected the lymphatic drainage massage and it was everything I imagined and more. I felt healed and respected by Zach who was so patient with the process, taking such care. I will be returning and look forward to another restoring session.

Zach was absolutely amazing! I seriously don’t think I could have gotten a better massage and I can’t wait to go back. Not only was the massage amazing but he made me feel comfortable and had awesome energy. 10/10
