I just recently met with Rachel to have a skin biopsy done. Rachel made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire visit. The office and exam room are immaculate, serene as well as comforting. My procedure was handled with such care and professionalism. Rachel took the time to explain everything and ensured I was comfortable the whole time. Truthfully I couldn't have asked for a better setting. Being faced with Cancer in the past any kind of biopsy causes a lot of anxiety. Rachel handles a variety of dermatology needs I will definitely be back in the future.

Rachel is amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone with dermatology needs. She even accommodated me last minute for a concern I had. It was my first time meeting her and visiting her office, and she immediately made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Her exam was thorough and she really took time to go over my concerns and make recommendations for my skin health. Her pricing is also very fair compared to other local dermatologists. She also has online booking and a patient portal, which makes things even easier. Highly recommend!!

I’m so grateful I found Rachel and White Elm Dermatology! My first interaction with Rachel was by phone when I called to inquire about her services. Even though she was at a conference she answered the call and spent time answering my questions. I was able to schedule an appointment within two weeks. Her clinic location was easy to find and park. It is lovely inside. I am fair skinned with lots of sun damage and therefore at high risk for skin cancer. Rachel gave me the most thorough and comprehensive skin check I’ve ever had. Once again, she took the time to answer my questions and discuss other skin care needs with me. Lastly, she generously provided me various samples of products to try. I left feeling relieved and that I’m in good hands. I’ll be going back in three months because she found some things she wants to “keep an eye on” out of prudence. Never have I had a dermatologist ask me to come back so quickly. Instead I was told to keep an eye on it and call if it changes. I am so grateful I found Rachel and White Elm Dermatology!

I cannot say enough about Rachel! We called for help with my daughters acne, she scheduled us next day! We walked into a very welcoming office. Rachel was right there to greet us and with a huge smile, regardless of the fact that we were her last appointment of the day, she still had full energy for our appointment. She was extremly caring and knowledgeable in her practice with an excitement in her voice. We left with a plan and confidence in that plan without any questions that needed answering. She responded to a text message question about a moisturizer within minutes after business hours. That level of care is rare these days! She made us feel like human beings and not just a patient. I am so Thankful for finding her service's.
