Despite the language barrier the woman was very dry, massage felt more like abuse on my back than relief from pain. She was coughing so bad she had to walk away to blow her nose. Didnt wash her hands after! YUCK!! Then Proceeded to give chair massage. The chair felt sticky and old. It felt Dirty. When paying for the service she gave an attitude after giving her the money like it wasnt enough. It was 20%! And it wasnt even very good so she should have been thankful. I have been here in the past and the experience was MUCH better. I dont think ill waste my money next time, will wait for a Real massage from an LMT

My mother went to the store on 8/30 and asked for a classic massage and was told to come back in an hour. There were no customers in the store. While getting ready to leave another customer came in and asked to be seen and was told they could take her right away. The only difference between my mother and this new customer was race. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It’s disgusting to be so blatantly ignorant and racist.

UPDATE: My husband and I came back during our ME trip June 2024. The massage was just as good as it was before and the prices haven’t changed much. They had a lot of regulars which they greeted quite warmly. There was an elderly gentleman who felt so much better after his massage that he was showing his masseuse how much improved his range of motion was. June 2022 - Walked in here on a rainy Sunday afternoon, no wait. It’s located inside the mall near JCP. My husband got a 30min foot massage while I got a 30min chair massage. My masseuse was an older female but fret not because her hands and elbows will find all of your knots and knead them until you want to cry with joy. $30 for 30min, totally worth it and I would definitely go back.

The massage itself was ok but the chair was very uncomfortable and hurt my neck. Because of it I wasn't going to tip (because I was in pain for something that should have been relaxing) and she got very mad demanded a tip. Demanding a tip for a mediocre massage is inappropriate. Tips are not compulsory, if you're prices are too low then raise them.

I went today for a 10 minute back massage. I kept telling her that I needed her to be slightly more gentle. She either didn’t hear me or she didn’t seem to care. I’m not sure which. I tipped her. Then I was trying to put my phone in my purse and into my day bag. She told me that we were done (with the transaction of payment) and go. Honestly, I had been standing there less than half a minute. I wasn’t sure if she needed me to sign because my payment was with a card. That’s why I waited. She was very rude. I don’t know why she treated me like that. Just because I didn’t get a longer massage, Or didn’t tip a fortune doesn’t mean that I not a human being who should be treated kindly just like everyone else.
