Vital Energy

I highly recommend Vital Energy for massage and body work. I primarily work with Ilma but have seen multiple providers here and they are all very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Every part of the experience is professional and clearly designed with the client’s needs in mind. Ilma always takes the time to answer my musculoskeletal questions and has greatly assisted in my kinesthetic awareness. The providers work with you to deliver the type and intensity of soft tissue work you want at each session. They always encourage communication and feedback prior to and within each session and after. I’m not usually a big massage person but Vital Energy was recommended to me by different providers in my healthcare world and I’m glad I took the step to make my first appointment with them a couple years ago. Your body won’t be disappointed!

Love this place! Forrest is a gem and I would highly recommend her..especially for feet😂 But I must shout out Nathan! He is amazing and really dealt with my issues with just enough pressure. 😊
