Kate & Vanessa were very polite and knowledgeable. I got a couples massage with a friend. They offered additional services like CBD lotion and Himalayan hot stones which was amazing. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. If you’re ever in Portland, go see them!

This was hands down the best spa experience I've ever had. I booked a couples massage for my girlfriend and I for her birthday while we were in Portland and I could not recommend this place enough. Katie and Kate were absolutely phenomenal and really made sure my partner and I were as comfortable as could be. The massage itself was the best I've ever had, I wish I booked a longer session! Everything from the locker room to the waiting room was beautifully designed to make you feel as relaxed as possible, this spa is a must if you're in the area.

My spouse and I came here this past Sunday to celebrate a late Valentine’s Day massage together. We have gotten massages before and this place is definitely in our top favorites! We booked another appointment for a couple months out before we left we loved it so much! The spa is located within the Westin hotel but is easy to access. It’s quiet, clean, well stocked, and staff is so kind and professional. There is a little waiting area with blankets and tea as well as a changing area with robes and sandals. We opted for the salt stones with our massage and we highly recommend! They have other adds on as well like skin wraps or aromatherapy options. We paid $510.00 total for both our 90 minute massages with the stones and gratuity included. (20% gratuity is automatically added to all services) Since we had a couple massage we were together in one room and had two massage therapists, Zach and Kaitlin. Zach has the hands of a God. Absolutely best massage ever. I was relaxed for days after and things that hadn’t been stretched in months felt renewed. My spouse enjoyed her massage with Kaitlin as well but said she wished it was a full body massage. She said she didn’t massage her legs, feet, or hands, which we thought was odd. Zach didn’t massage my feet (I don’t mind) but we just thought it was odd as we booked massages and usually that encompasses the whole body. Next time we go we will just make sure to clarify with our therapists but overall highly recommend this spa for anyone needing a relaxing place to reset!

I had a 110 minute massage the second week of October. During my massage, the therapist did a wrist/forearm technique intended for carpal tunnel that I hadn’t requested or discussed beforehand. Since then, I’ve had persistent wrist pain and weakness that’s interfered with daily tasks and workouts. This wasn’t an expected outcome, and I wasn’t aware we were doing a therapeutic technique that could provoke symptoms. Instead the opposite: the therapist specifically said that this would help prevent. I do not have carpal tunnel, nor have I ever had pain associated with carpal tunnel. I reached out to them directly to give them a chance to speak to the issue, and did not heard back. At this price point, I find that both unacceptable, unaccountable, and would recommend going elsewhere.
